Conducted three virtual teacher fairs in order to increase the hiring pool of teacher candidates.

Collaborated with the University of Toledo and the DC Lead Scholarship Program in support of ten directors in a fast track BA program, in order to meet new OSSE degree requirements.

Facilitated a coaching-model sustainability initiative for twenty center-based leaders from financially fragile businesses through ongoing technical assistance and training in the areas of business practices and financial resource acquisition.
