The DC Early Learning Collaborative (DCELC) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our site includes features such as keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, captioned videos, screen-reader-compatible forms and landmarks, and color contrast that meets AA minimums. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the site regularly as new content is added.
